Return & Refund Policy
At 4ngry h1ppy, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Because many of our products are produced or fulfilled specifically for each order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be amended or cancellation requests may be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order. After the 12-hour window, orders may have entered processing or production and can no longer be amended or canceled.
Please review your order carefully—including product, size, color, quantity, and shipping information—before completing your purchase.
Refund Requests
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Refund requests must be submitted within this seven-day window. Requests received after seven days from delivery may not be considered.
Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be issued for qualifying circumstances, including significant issues with the order or product.
We do not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or other documentation showing the issue so that we can evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate resolution.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment used to place the order. We cannot redirect a refund to another payment method, provide cash in place of a refund, or issue refunds to a different person or account.
Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, 4ngry h1ppy will initiate the refund through the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit-card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution.
